Fin dal secolo scorso…
Nata alla fine dell’800, all’interno di un vecchio cascinale, la trattoria “del volt” ha visto cambiare nel corso del tempo il suo aspetto mantenendo comunque intatte molte caratteristiche originali come i soffitti di legno.
E più in alto…
Il nome “del Volt” nasce dal fatto che trovandoci nella valle del lambro, il locale e’ situato in un punto del paese piu’ rialzato e, ”del Volt”, nel dialetto locale vuol dire proprio dell’alto.
Immutabili nel tempo…
Nonostante i vari cambi di gestione, questo locale si e’ sempre contraddistinto per la genuinità dei suoi piatti prodotti quasi totalmente in casa. Oggi, con un pizzico di modernità in più, il nostro Chef produce autonomamente pane, focacce, gnocco fritto e mille altri piatti della tradizione lombardo/emiliana
